Every experience and decision you’ve made in your life, has brought you to the present moment in time, to the NOW. I am passionate about providing a safe and caring environment where you can feel felt. Helping you connect with, take care of and honour the most important person in your life, YOU. As we all heal and integrate our past experiences, we are able to apply self-compassion, forgiveness and acceptance which we can then radiate to those around us. When we provide that safety and trust to ourselves, we are able to grow confidence, motivation and feel secure.
What I have learned throughout the years as a therapist, teacher, counsellor, client, parent, but most importantly as a HUMAN being is that it is never too late to learn from your past, to enjoy your life in the present and to plan for the future that you desire.
I provide counselling for youth, adults and seniors struggling with personal, relational, and or school/work environments. In-office, telephone and online sessions available. Free initial phone consultation available to make sure we are a good fit.
